Nymphs can be found in May – June, while adults are present from June to August. These polyphagous bugs mainly feed on Heracleum sphondylium (nectar), Melampyrum pratense, Galeopsis tetrahit, Urtica dioica, but also on insects, especially of the family Aphididae.
