Pronotum black, hairy, shiny; posterior angles of pronotum red-brown. Sometimes entire posterior edge and lateral edges of pronotum, and shoulders also red-brown. Scutellum flat, black. Elytra brown, sometimes with blackening along the suture of elytra and at the outer edges. Legs yellow-brown. Antennae segments relatively weakly serrated.
