It is a Palearctic stilt bug. Adults overwinter, the new generation is complete from July. Length 10.0-11.5 mm. This large straw-coloured stiltbug has very long hind femora. Nymphs are colored green. Favours dry habitats such as sand dunes, heaths and weedy arable fields, feeding on a range of plants.
